Tectone gets emotional talking about his experience at Camp Knut
Camp Knut is a 30-day fitness programme that is arranged by body builder Knut Spildrejorde, where he aims to fight the assumption that Twitch and YouTube streamers are generally unfit. The event saw the participation of a bunch of creators in Austin, Texas, and many of the streamers were OTK members, like Mizkif, Nmplol, Cyr, and even Tectone. During a recent livestream, Tectone got emotional speaking about his experience at Camp Knut so far, and said that for the first time in years, he felt good about his body.
Speaking about the experience, the streamer explained that for the first time in three years, he felt good about himself when he ran his hand down his stomach. Fighting back tears, Tectone could be heard saying,
“For the first time in three years, I woke up and I ran my hand down my stomach, and for once in my life I did not feel like I was f**king fat and disgusting.”
Speaking about his experience, he stated that Camp Knut had made him feel better about himself, and after years, he felt good about his body and he wanted to remember that feeling.
“I kinda just want to remember it, because, you know, it’s been a long time since I’ve actually felt comfortable in my body.”
The streamer admitted that although he was still a long way from achieving his goal, it felt good to be able to like his body.
Many streamers have spoken up about Camp Knut’s positive impact on their physical fitness
Tectone is not the only streamer to have been positively impacted by Camp Knut. Other streamers participating in the 30-day fitness programme have also shared their thoughts about the experience, stating that the camp has been a positive influence on them and has made them want to keep up with the fitness programmes even after the end of the camp.
Camp Knut is the best thing that has ever happened to me. For the past year I’ve been stressed out of my mind all day and I felt myself drifting from my old self.
Knut saved me. And I’m so proud of the my friends/ the community getting involved, and using twitch for positivity.

Best part of Camp Knut so far is being able to hangout with my friends more 🙂
Reminds me of High school, grinding towards a goal together.
Getting sweaty together.
