iFerg recently confirmed that another mobile version of the game is in the works and will be released soon. He further agreed that the dedicated team assembled in the Activision studios is deep in work in developing the game. Given that the game will be developed using the Unreal Engine, it will pack some heavy gameplay that will match the PC and Console level experience of Call of Duty: Mobile.

According to Ferg, COD Mobile was actually built to test if the Call of Duty experience can truly be enjoyed on mobile devices. However, the unprecedented success that the mobile version has witnessed, indeed calls for a bigger and better COD experience on the platform, especially when multiplayer games in the world are going through tremendous growth. Something, big publishers like Krafton have already done by releasing PUBG: New State, a sequel to its biggest success known as PUBG Mobile.
