“Battlegrounds Mobile India is the beginning of a new era” says Industry Experts while talking about the future of Indian Esports & Gaming. With the launch of Battlegrounds Mobile India, the whole scenario turns in favor of Esports enthusiasts from all around the country. Today, Krafton, the publisher of BGMI launched the official version of the game on the Google Play Store & it instantly crossed 10 million downloads. This demonstrates the immense amount of love Indians have for the mobile survival shooter title that single-handedly established the nation as one of the top gaming countries in the whole world.

Although iOS users still haven’t got access to the game, preparations for the revival of mobile esports are already underway. With an array of limitless possibilities ahead, prominent Industry experts & pioneers in the field have shared their enthusiasm with us. Here is what they have to say.

Akshat Rathee, the Managing Director & Co-founder of NODWIN Gaming, South Asia’s largest Esports & Gaming Company shared his thoughts about the relaunch of India’s favorite Battle Royale. “The return of India Ka Game Battlegrounds Mobile India in its new avatar is the beginning of a new era in Indian gaming and esports. It also supports our vision that India will become the next powerhouse in esports. It would have been great to see if our Indian game developers will create a game based on Indian ethos and culture which will create the exact buzz and hype just like BGMI did in India.”
