Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2023 The Grind event is set to kick off on 20th July. The event will feature a total of 256 teams competing for qualification to BGIS 2023. Krafton announces the seeding of The Grind event where the top 64 teams will proceed to BGIS 2023. Check out the full announcement video below.
On July 17, 2023, Krafton announces BGIS 2023 with a prize pool of 2 crores and the date of BGIS 2023 The Grind, which is scheduled to kick off on July 20, 2023, with a total of 256 teams invited for the event. Here is the format for The Grind event.
- Week 1 – First 128 teams will battle in week 1. The top 64 teams will qualify for Week 3 matches.
- Week 2 – The rest of the 128 teams will battle in week 2. The top 64 teams will qualify for Week 4 matches.
- Week 3- 64 qualified teams of week 1 will battle in week 3. The top 32 teams will qualify for Week 5 matches.
- Week 4 – 64 qualified teams of week 2 will battle in week 4. The top 32 teams will qualify for Week 5 matches.
- Week 5 – A total of 64 teams will battle in week 5 matches. All teams of week 5 will proceed to Main tournament.

BGIS 2023 Registration will go live soon. Players need to be ready with their government-proof ids for verification, their character ids, and team details.
Registration Process: Go to the website and fill out the team details, including all player’s government proof IDs like Adhar card, in-game name and character id, team name, and email address, and submit once all details are filled out successfully. However, the registration hasn’t gone online yet, but it will be very soon (1 or 2 days) once the website is updated.
