The Fortnite DreamHack Summer returns and this time in Jönköping, Sweden. The Dreamhack tournament is amassing a huge audience leading to an increase in the competitive scene of the title. This event features a lucrative prize pool of $200,000, but only players with LAN tickets can participate in it.
Format of the Fortnite Sweden DreamHack 2022
The tournament is split between two Solos game modes- DreamHack Summer Zero Builds and DreamHack Summer Battle Royale. The Game’s ranked competitive mode consists of three leagues separated into ten divisions. A player will be eliminated on the condition where they entirely deplete the HP and Shield (if any) of another player.
Schedule of the Fortnite Sweden DreamHack 2022
The matches are already running from June 18, 2022, and will continue till June 20, 2022. The schedule for DreamHack Summer Battle Royale is from June 18 to 19, 2022 and for DreamHack Summer Zero Builds is from June 18 to 20, 2022. Each Heat Session will last approximately three hours. Players can participate in a maximum of ten matches during the event.

- Heat 1: 18th June at 3 pm – 6 pm
- Heat 2: 18th June at 10 pm – 1 am
- Heat 3: 19th June at 2 pm – 5 pm

- Heat 1: 18th June at 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
- Heat 2: 19th June at 11 am – 2 pm
- Heat 3: 19th June at 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm
- Heat 4: 20th June at 11 am – 2 pm
- Finals: 20th June at 6 pm – 10 pm
Prize Pool Breakdown of Fortnite DreamHack Sweden
The Fortnite DreamHack Summer Open has a total prize pool of $200,000, which is divided evenly across the two game modes. Each of the modes- the Battle Royale and Zero Builds is up for a $100,000 prize pool. The first, second and third rank holders in each mode will receive reward money of $12,000, $6,000 and $5,500 respectively.
