ENG beat WI, 4th T20I: Allrounder Moeen Ali leads from the front as England levels up 2-2 to set up T20I decider on Sunday

Moeen scored 63 runs off just 28 balls that comprised 7 sixes and a four to guide England 193/6 in the allotted 20 overs. He also took a couple of wickets for 28 runs in 4 overs. Opener Jason Roy contributed 42-ball 52 which included three sixes and 5 boundaries. Jason Holder continued his excellent form with the bowl and returned with figures of 44/3.

In reply, hosts West Indies failed to chase down the total despite Kieron Pollard staying at the crease. None of the top order batsmen stayed till the end to see through the Men in Maroon. Kyle Mayers and Jason Holder were the only positives. While Mayers chipped in 23-ball 40, Holder contributed 36 runs off 24 balls. Brandon King & Kyle Mayers strike rates remained under the scanner.

Earlier, West Indies captain Kieron Pollard put England in to bat on Sunday in the fourth T20I of their five-match series. The hosts opted to chase against the visitors led by Moeen Ali after captain Eoin Morgan was ruled out with injury. Both teams made two changes to their lineups – West Indies have brought in Dominic Drakes and Kyle Mayers, while England opted for Sam Billings and Chris Jordan.
