Did Triple H Get Removed From WWE Board Members After UFC Merger?
Wrestle Ops today posted on Twitter, “ Per an SEC filing announcement today, Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque will NOT be on the new board members entity for ‘TKO’ after Endeavor acquires WWE officially next month. HHH has served on WWE’s Board of Directors since 2015.”
WWE was acquired by Endeavour in April 2023; the transaction was made public the day after WrestleMania 39. TKO Group Holdings will have Ari Emanuel as CEO and Vince McMahon as Executive Chairman. WWE’s new president is Nick Khan.
After Vince McMahon pushed his way back into the organisation in January 2023 and placed it up for sale, WWE was eventually sold. Following allegations of sexual misconduct and hush money, McMahon had been expelled from WWE for five months. Unrecorded spending from the incident are still being looked into by the US government.
