CSA T20 League: Johannesburg Super Kings: Moeen Ali was all set to play in the UAE T20 League. But a call from MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings changed that. Instead of signing up for ILT20, the England all-rounder will now play for CSK’s Johannesburg franchise in South Africa T20 League. CSK have also been reunited with their trusted soldier Faf du Plessis. The former CSK opener is all set to be their captain. Despite completing signing formalities, none of the CSA league franchises will be able to announce them due to the confidentiality clause. The names will only be revealed once Cricket South Africa will make them official. Faf du Plessis was the CSK opener from 2011 to 2021 barring the two years when the men in yellow were suspended. While Du Plessis eventually joined rivals Royal Challengers Bangalore, he will don the yellow jersey once again, although in a different city.
