Zimbabwe could have easily lost the first test as there wasn’t much cricket played during the first two days of the match, which would have damaged their confidence going into the second game. However, despite being down and out in the first test innings, they were able to demonstrate tremendous character. Gary Ballance executed a superb comeback to get Zimbabwe back in the game, which ultimately assisted them to draw the match.
When the conditions are familiar to them, West Indies is a respectable test team. If they had been given an additional 30 overs to bowl, they could have been able to force a result. Although the first two days of rain were a setback, there are still many positives to be gained from that game. Tagenarine Chanderpaul, a rising sensation, made a spectacular arrival.

In Bulawayo, the first three days of play should be favourable for batting. As was the case in the first Test, spinners are probably going to play a role. As the game goes on, we anticipate more of the same and harder batting. The team that wins the toss would try to score lots of runs again.
