Jaiswal struck 14 boundaries and hit record number of 12 sixes as India demolished England to register their biggest win by margin

Yashasvi Jaiswal showcased his extraordinary talent with an unbeaten 214, in the IND vs ENG 3rd Test, marking his second consecutive double-century and further solidifying his impressive start in Test cricket.

His exceptional performance propelled India to a 2-1 series lead against England. Facing a daunting target of 557, England faltered and were dismissed for just 122 runs. Consequently, India’s victory elevated them to the second position in the WTC standings for this cycle.

After featuring in seven Tests, Jaiswal boasts an impressive record of 861 runs at an average of 71.75, including three centuries, all of which surpass the 150-run mark. Notably, all his runs have been amassed during the current WTC 2023-25 cycle, leading him to the top of the list of leading run-scorers ahead of Usman Khwaja.

Khawaja follows closely in second place, accumulating 855 runs with an average of 45 across 20 innings. In the third position stands Zak Crawley, having scored 706 runs in the WTC 2023-25 cycle, maintaining an average of 47.06 over 15 innings. Steve Smith secures the fourth spot with 687 runs at an average of 40.41 in 20 innings, while Mitchell Marsh holds fifth place, amassing 630 runs with an average of 52.5 in 14 innings.
