WPL changed by life: Mumbai Indians’ Sajana Sajeevan credits Women’s Premier League for courage

Sajana Sajeevan talked about her experience in the Women's Premier League (WPL) while playing for the Mumbai Indians franchise.

Sajana Sajeevan, who made her debut for Mumbai Indians (MI) in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2024, credits the tournament for giving her the courage to succeed. The all-rounder believes that WPL has completely transformed her life for the better.

Sajana Sajeevan’s life-changing experience

Sajana, in her exclusive interview with InsideSport, said that her life has been changed due to the WPL. She recalled her debut match with Mumbai Indians and how she realized that she had the guts to win matches. The courage she gained from the tournament has changed her attitude and character, helping her improve for the better.

“WPL changed my entire life. Playing for Mumbai Indians and winning my debut match, I showed some guts there. That attitude and character helped me reach a certain level. WPL gave me courage, ” Sajana said.
