The WPL Auction is set for its third edition and will take place in Bengaluru. The five franchises—Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, Gujarat Giants, and UP Warriorz—are gearing up to fill vacancy in their squads for the upcoming season. A total of 120 players will be available in the auction pool, including 91 Indian players and 29 overseas stars. Notably, 82 uncapped Indian players and eight uncapped overseas players will go under the hammer. And 19 slots, currently open across all five franchises, will be filled. WPL Auction 2025 is a one-day event, starting at 3 PM IST on Sunday (December 15) and expected to conclude around 5:30 PM IST. The latest it can extend to is 6 PM IST. The live streaming will be available for free on the JioCinema app and website.
