WPL 2023: Team combinations in focus for RCB, as they aim to start WPL 2023 campaign on a winning note
Mandhana, Ellyse Perry, Heather Knight, Sophie Devine, Megan Schutt, and Dane van Niekerk, RCB boast of world-class foreign players. Add to that some exciting Indian talent in Renuka Thakur and Richa Ghosh, RCB looks the real deal. However, selecting the ideal playing XI could prove to be tricky for Mandhana. With only four foreign players set to play, the question remains which players RCB chooses to go.
While Perry and Schutt are likely to be playing XI, the reaming two spots could be a bit tricky to choose for skipper Mandhana. While Devine could make the cut as their forging player, it could be a shootout between Knight and Van Niekerk for the fourth spot.
Meanwhile, The Women’s Premier League is set to kick off with a bang on March 4. Ahead of the opening ceremony, BCCI releases a rousing theme song for the inaugural Women’s Premier League Season. Meanwhile, Bollywood superstars Kriti Sanon and Kiara Advani will dazzle fans around the world during the opening ceremony. Additionally, AP Dhillon will sing the WPL anthem during the celebration.
