Is age finally catching up to MS Dhoni? The wicketkeeper-batter was struggling in the match against Mumbai Indians even after playing an explosive innings of 20 runs of 4 balls. After the match, Dhoni was spotted limping in the team hotel, raising concerns as to whether the former Chennai Super Kings captain will be fit to play CSK’s next match against LSG on April 19 at the Ekana Cricket Stadium.

Dhoni won hearts in Wankhede Stadium when he smacked three consecutive sixes in the last over of Hardik Pandya while batting first against MI. Dhoni’s 20 runs proved to be the difference in the tie, with MI falling short by just as many runs in the end.

CSK have Avanish Rao Aravelly as a wicketkeeper in the squad if Dhoni is unable to make it to the game against LSG. However, Dhoni has been in good touch in the tournament and his team would want him to continue his run of good form as CSK seek another playoff spot.
