Mumbai Indians (MI) are still in search of their first win in IPL 2025. However, they will have to chase victory on Monday without their star pacer, Jasprit Bumrah. While no official update has been provided on his availability, the 31-year-old fast bowler is not yet fully match-fit.
Bumrah has resumed bowling in the nets. He is currently undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru as he recovers from a back injury that has sidelined him since early January.
Is Jasprit Bumrah playing in IPL 2025
Bumrah is set to miss MI’s clash against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Monday, March 31, and is likely to rejoin the squad in early April if everything goes as planned. Following the KKR match, Mumbai will take on Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) on April 4 and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on April 7.
