CSK vs GT: Will MS Dhoni bowl in CSK vs GT clash? Former CSK skipper practices bowling in nets ahead of crucial game

He is never away from the limelight. No longer the captain of Chennai Super Kings, MS Dhoni is now a free man. Ahead of the crucial CSK vs GT clash, Dhoni was spotted bowling in the nets. This has raised certain questions – Will MS Dhoni bowl of CSK in this game?

While it is safe to think that Dhoni won’t be bowling. It apparently looks like he was warming up for the game by bowling. But since it is MS Dhoni, nothing can said for certain.

Known to be extremely unpredictable and keen for experimentation, Dhoni might as well roll his arms in the game in IPL 2024. However, even if he bowls, it won’t be in the first innings of the game. This is owing to the fact that Gujarat Titans won the toss and put CSK to bat first.

MS Dhoni is medium paced bowler. In International cricket he has rolled his arms and has even scalped a few wickets. He has a wicket in ODIs against West Indies.

In the previous game, Dhoni didn’t get a chance to bat for his side. CSK secured a dominant win against RCB at home in the opening game of the tournament. But the old fox displayed his keeping brilliance. With a low underarm throw he executed a brilliant run out for his side.
