India cricket team will be wary of the the threat that will be posed by ace South Africa pacer Kagiso Rabada in the T20 World Cup final. Both sides, who have remained undefeated so far in the tournament, will lock horns in a high-octane clash in Barbados.
Although Rabada success against India is quite little compared to his feat against other teams, Rohit Sharma and co. will not take the pacer lightly, being very well aware of his techniques and capabilities.
How has Rabada fared against India so far?
In 12 T20Is against India, Rabada has only managed to pick up 8 wickets while conceding 322 runs. However, he can prove to be a strong backup for his fellow pacers Anrich Nortje and Marco Jansen.

Rabada’s overall stats in T20Is will however not skip India’s attention. The lethal pacer has 70 wickets from 64 innings and an economy rate of 8.29. Much to India’s cooncerns, the pacer has gotten rid of stalwarts Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli four times so far.
In the 2024 edition of the T20 WC, Rabada has bagged 12 scalps to his name from 8 matches, just one wicket short of Nortje who is the highest wicket-taker for the Proteas in this edition.
