The Indian women’s team successfully concluded the one-off Test against South Africa by clinching the trophy in a dominating manner. Indian all-rounder Sneh Rana was awarded ‘Player of the Match’ for her remarkable 10-wicket haul in the Test. She has become the second Indian woman to take 10 wickets in a Test.
Who is Sneh Rana?
Sneh Rana is a right-arm off-break spinner. The 30-year-old has picked up 23 wickets in four Test matches. Sneh has also played in ODIs and T20Is, where she has taken 29 and 24 scalps, respectively.
She has become the second Indian after Jhulan Goswami to take a ten-wicket haul. After taking eight scalps in the first innings, she dismissed two in the second innings to complete her feat in IND vs SA one-off Test.
