Vidarbha batter Shubham Dubey was bought by Rajasthan Royals for whooping amount of INR 5.8 crore in the ongoing IPL 2024 Auction. Shubham Dubey was excellent with the bat in the last conducted Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. The middle-order batter scored 221 runs in seven innings at a strike rate of 187.28.
Shubham Dubey skills were on display as he helped Vidarbha completing a chase of 213 against Bengal, their highest-ever successful chase, with 13 balls to spare. Coming in as an impact player at No. 5, Dubey finished with an unbeaten 58 from just 20 balls, hitting three fours and six sixes.
