Sanjana Ganesan is a popular face of sports broadcasting and a former Miss India finalist. Initially, she worked as a software engineer at an IT firm. However, her love for the spotlight led her to participate in beauty pageants such as Femina Style Diva in 2012 and Femina Miss India in 2013. Eventually, this path led her to sports journalism.
Marriage to Sanjana Ganesan
They started dating around 2019 during the 50-over World Cup in England. Bumrah and Sanjana began spending more time together, although their first meeting was around 2013 when Jasprit Bumrah first met her during an IPL final.
Despite the country being under lockdown due to COVID-19, the couple decided to commit to each other forever and organized their wedding in Goa with Sikh traditions on March 15, 2021. It was a very intimate and private ceremony attended by close family and friends. Both Bumrah and Sanjana wore outfits designed by the notable fashion designer Sabyasachi.
