The second T20I saw New Zealand post 186 runs, thanks to solid contributions from Mitchell Hay, Tim Robinson, and Mark Chapman. Duffy again impressed with 4/15 as Sri Lanka was bowled out for 141, handing the Kiwis a 45-run victory.
Sri Lanka has struggled throughout the series, with inconsistent batting and a lack of partnerships. Kusal Perera’s 48-run knock was a bright spot, but their bowlers have been unable to contain New Zealand’s batting, making it a tough challenge for the visitors.
