After a disastrous T20 World Cup Campaign, West Indies bounced back against England, leading the five-match series 2-1. But they have continued experimenting with the side and will look to do more in India.

For India too, it will mark the beginning of preparations for the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia. As Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami have been rested, they will test a different pace attack comprising Shardul Thakur and Deepak Chahar. Bhuvneshwar Kumar will also get his last chance before being dropped.

India T20I squad: Rohit Sharma (Captain), KL Rahul (Vice-captain), Ishan Kishan, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, Surya Kumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant (wicket-keeper), Venkatesh Iyer, Deepak Chahar, Shardul Thakur, Ravi Bishnoi, Axar Patel, Yuzvendra Chahal, Washington Sundar, Mohd. Siraj, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Avesh Khan, Harshal Patel.
