Indian cricketer Krunal Pandya on Tuesday posted a heartfelt note on social media on the occasion of his father’s third death anniversary. Krunal posted a picture of his father on Instagram, along with a lengthy note.
Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya’s father passed away in 2021. Their father’s death came at a time when Krunal was away playing a Syed Mushtaq Ali game. Krunal had later revealed how he carried his father’s belongings to the dressing room as a tribute.
It’s been three years since the Pandya brothers lost their father. Krunal and Hardik have both talked about their father in different instances since then. On the occasion of his 3rd death anniversary, Krunal took to Instagram to pay another heartfelt tribute to the departed soul.
“We miss you every day, papa. It’s been three years today since you left us. Despite your physical absence, your essence, the person you were, and the invaluable lessons you taught us linger in our hearts. Your teachings on ethics, hard work, pursuing dreams, and, most importantly, being a good person resonate with us. I hope to pass on your wisdom to our children through the stories of who you were and the remarkable man you’ll always be in our memories. Once again, thank you papa,” Krunal wrote.
