Indian skipper Rohit Sharma said that Team India is not invincible at home ahead of the IND vs ENG 1st Test, starting on January 25 in Hyderabad.
The Men in Blue have been almost unbeatable at home in last decade, winning 36 Tests, and losing just 3 Tests since 2013.
However, the Indian skipper emphasised that a good record in the past doesn’t guarantee a win in the upcoming Test series and the team keeps working on their strength to come out on top.
“We are beatable. In any sport, any team can lose. And the fact that England was the last team to beat us at home in 2012 says how good the English side is”, Rohit said on the eve of the opening Test.

Rohit Sharma was also asked about England’s Bazball approach in coming Tests but the Indian skipper said that the team is focused on their own game.
“We’ll look to play our cricket. I’m not interested in looking at how the opposition is going to play and all of that. For us, we must look into our cricket. Focus on what we need to do as a team and then take it from there,” Rohit told the media.
