It was utter chaos on Day 1 when the paramilitary was positioned in the stadium to control the crowd. Yet, a fan managed to avoid the security to run into the field. Virat Kohli fever continues to hit Delhi

A similar incident took place at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. This time 3 fans managed to evade the security and dart across the field to meet their beloved star, Virat Kohli.

The ace Indian batter remained calm and composed when he was swamped by the three fans. He didn’t fight against the fans as security started to converge on the fans across all parts of the pitch. Despite his poor form in recent times, it continues to highlight the sheer amount of craze that Kohli has got all across the country.

Kohli made his return to domestic cricket after 12 long years. He missed the previous group stage clash after picking up a neck sprain. However, he decided to play the game against Railways. But it was not a happy return for the former India captain. He could only manage to score 6 runs from 15 balls before being clean bowled.
