India cricket team’s Virat Kohli had a warm and brief interaction with former cricketer Robin Uthappa ahead of the 1st IND vs SL ODI. The series marks the return of Kohli to the white-ball squad after his mini-vacation post India’s T20 World Cup win. He will put the opposition bowlers under pressure, maximize the powerplay and will ‘unselfishly’ put the team’s interest first. The ODIs will also be the first time Rohit-Kohli will work under head coach Gautam Gambhir, who took India to a 3-0 cleansweep in the T20Is.
