Shubman Gill was at his unstoppable best once again at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Friday. Batting first, Gill took an instant liking to the Mumbai Indians’ attack, finding the boundaries at will. After a fine partnership with Wriddhiman Saha, the 23-year-old put on a huge partnership with Sai Sudharsan to put the Gujarat Titans on top. The Indian opener took the Orange Cap lead from Faf du Plessis and did not look back in a show of sheer timing and skill.
