It is a momentous occasion for Mumbai Indians and Rohit Sharma. The former MI skipper is playing his 200th IPL game. And to commemorate the event, the iconic Sachin Tendulkar has presented with a special jersey. Rohit Sharma is playing his 14th edition of IPL for MI and is the only player to achieve this rare milestone.

It was a great occasion as former MI skipper Sachin Tendulkar went on to felicitate the Hitman. Rohit Sharma is slated to platy his 245th IPL match in the SRH vs MI clash.

Rohit Sharma is no longer the captain of the Mumbai Indians. Hardik Pandya has been appointed as the captain of the team after his trade from Gujarat Titans ahead of the IPL 2024 Auction. But the Hitman will continue to lead the India Cricket Team across all formats of the game.

In the SRH vs MI game, Hardik Pandya won the toss and opted to bowl first. Mumbai Indians are currently under pressure after failing to win their opening game.
