Shubman Gill was the first batter to be dismissed when the young opener missed the turn and the offstumps went flying. The next to depart was Virat Kohli who played a loose shot to throw away his wicket.

Finally, a ripper of a delivery from Dunith Wellalage saw Rohit Sharma fumbling to play the shot. The ball pitched a bit short dipped down low and smashed th stumps, bringing an end to Rohit’s innings.
