Indian batter Rishabh Pant is putting in hard yards in an attempt to gain full fitness as soon as possible after the India cricketer posted a video on a social media on June 14. The left-handed batter is currently at the National Cricket Academy recovering from the horrific car accident he survived last year.

“Not bad yaar Rishabh. Simple things can be difficult sometimes,” Pant captioned the video. India women’s cricketer Harleen Deol also congratulated Pant for his recovery. “Well done boy, keep your bhangra performance ready @rishabpant,” she commented. To note, Pant was also seen cheering for the Indian team, during the recently concluded World Test Championship (WTC) final against Australia.
India missed the services of Pant dearly during the WTC final at Lord’s as they went on to lost the game by 209 runs. Pant was in the playing XI when India played the Inaugural WTC final against New Zealand two years ago. However, the left-handed batter will not be thinking about that and will hope to make a comeback on the cricketing field as early as possible.
