Rajasthan Royals are reaping the rewards of nurturing and providing a platform to one of the stars of the team. Sanju Samson, the captain of RR, is playing his 10th season for the franchise. To mark the occasion, RR on Sunday released a heartwarming video.
Sanju Samson debuted for Rajasthan Royals in 2013 and played till 2015. In 2016, he moved to Delhi Daredevils. He played for the Delhi franchise for two seasons before moving back to Rajasthan Royals in 2018. IPL 2024 marks the 10 seasons he has been a part of the RR franchise.
In 10 years for the RR franchise, Sanju Samson has scored 3475 runs, including two centuries and 20 half-centuries.
To mark Sanju’s 10th year with the franchise, RR released a video on their social media channels depicting Samson’s journey from being a teenager to leading the RR side.
