The India–Pakistan rivalry is one of the most intense cricket rivalries in the world. The matches always bring out some heated moments on the field. Something similar was witnessed in the IND U19 vs PAK U19 clash in ACC U-19 Asia Cup in Dubai.
The incident took place in 12th over. Pakistan pacer Mohammad Zeeshan bowled a brilliant delivery to induce an edge off the bat of Indian batter Rudra Patel. The wicket-keeper took a regulation catch to dismiss the batter.
The Pakistan pacer, who was overjoyed after taking a crucial wicket, went a little extreme with his celebration. The pacer went near the batter and did a ‘punching’ celebration.
However, Rudra didn’t give any response to it and walked back quietly to the pavilion.
Talking about the game, Adarsh Singh (62), skipper Uday Saharan (60), Sachin Dhas (58) scored half-centuries as India posted 259 for 9 in 50 overs.
Mohammad Zeeshan was the pick of the bowlers for the young Pakistan team, picking 4 for 46 in his quota of 10 overs.
