ICC shared a video of the 36-year-old fine tuning shots. The opening batter reached London earlier this week and has now begun training for the summit clash. For the unversed, Rohit scored only two fifties in 16 matches in IPL 2023 season. The right-hand batter struggled for timing and was often out in power play getting starts. However, netizens feel Rohit is due for big runs in the WTC final.

This will be the second straight time India will WTC final. Last time, the Asian side faced heartbreak as it failed to get past New Zealand. This time, India will be keen to go one step further and try to break the ICC drought, which saw them lift the last lift cup in 2013. Rohit Sharma & Co are coming off a win in the Border Gavaskar Trophy.
