Delhi-born Nikhil Chaudhary brought out Indian cricket Shikhar Dhawan’s trademark celebration after picking his first-ever wicket in the Big Bash League (BBL) clash between Hobart Hurricanes and Sydney Thunder at Bellerive Oval on Monday.
Chaudhary, who lighting up the BBL with his explosive batting, dismissed Cameron Bancroft, caught and bowled. The off-spinner celebrated it in style by doing Dhawan’s trademark thigh celebration.
Nikhil Chaudhary, who represented Punjab side in India’s domestic cricket till 2019, moved to Australia for better opportunities. He was picked by Hobbart Hurricanes after showing promising performance in grade cricket.

The Delhi-born all-rounder played a brilliant knock of 40 runs against Perth Scorchers in his debut Big Bash League game.
