WATCH: Ravindra Jadeja and MS Dhoni team up to play brutal prank on Chepauk crowd vs KKR

With 3 runs needed for the win, Jadeja walked out from the pavillion but stopped short of entering the ground as Dhoni emerged from the stands.

At the MA Chidambaram Stadium on Monday, April 8, Chennai Super Kings got back on track by stifling the Kolkata Knight Riders and winning by 7 wickets. The defending champions successfully chased down a modest 138-run target in 18 overs, thanks in large part to Ravindra Jadeja’s outstanding bowling performance and Ruturaj Gaikwad’s first fifty as CSK captain.

CSK Prank ft. Dhoni and Jadeja

Ravindra Jadeja was the game’s star when he had the ball and displayed his hilarious side at an intriguing point. Surprisingly, former CSK captain MS Dhoni chose to bat at number five after Shivam Dube fell for the third wicket. At that moment, CSK needed 3 from 19 balls. However, Jadeja first left the pavilion and began to move, but he stopped well in advance of the boundary and turned around.

The CSK crowd went crazy when Dhoni appeared from the pavilion stairs. The 42-year-old’s decision to enter the field to get some game time and thrill the supporters appeared to please the staff management as well. Since then, the video has become a rage on social media.
