Team India pacer Mohammed Shami turned Saviour as he saved a victim after a car crash in Nainital. In a clip uploaded by Mohammed Shami on his Instagram account, the Indian pacer can be seen helping another person after the latter’s car met with an accident. Shami rescued the victim and took him to hospital.
His car fall down from the hill road near Nainital just in front of my car. We took him out very safely,” wrote Mohammed Shami in his post.
Shami gave first aid to victim
In the video, Mohammed Shami can also be seen talking to the injured person as he also gave him first-aid treatment. Meanwhile, the victim seemed to be fine as several other persons were also seen in the video aiding the injured person. The post has got more than 2.5 lakh likes (At the time of writing) while several of Shami fans lauded the pacer for his kind act.
It must be mentioned that Shami is in the limelight after having a wonderful outing in the World Cup. Despite missing first four games of the World Cup campaign, Mohammed Shami ended the tournament as the highest wicket-taker in the tournament. The right-arm pacer scalped 24 wickets in just seven outings at an staggering average of 10.71. Shami also had three five-wicket and one four-wicket haul under his name during the recently concluded World Cup.
