Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell grabbed a stunning one-handed catch off his own bowling to end Rohit Sharma’s stay at the crease in IND vs AUS 3rd ODI at Rajkot. The Indian skipper was taking on the Australian bowlers and was nearing his century when Maxwell pulled off a brilliant catch.
The event took place in the 21st over. The Australian all-rounder bowled a quicker delivery which Rohit tried to hit straight over the bowler’s head. However, Maxwell, who was looking to move out of the way, just put his right hand up and the ball stuck. It happened so quickly that even Maxwell couldn’t believe that he completed the catch.
