The PAK vs BAN 1st Test witnessed a tense and dramatic moment on Day 5. This was after an incident took place just before lunch involving Bangladesh’s experienced all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan and Pakistan’s wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan.
During the 33rd over, Shakib Al Hasan was ready to deliver the ball in his run-up. However, Rizwan backed away at the last moment, instead of stopping in his run-up, Shakib unexpectedly threw it directly at his keeper, Litton Das, which might have hit Rizwan on the head. The batter, who was not prepared to face the delivery, was clearly unhappy with Shakib’s actions.
