The wait to see Virat Kohli match legend Sachin Tendulkar’s record for most centuries continues as Kohli got out on 88 during IND vs SL Cricket World Cup match at Wankhede Stadium. He was sent to pavilion by Madushanka in the third delivery of 32nd over.
Kohli along with Shubman Gill were looking to take away the game from Sri Lanka with their 189-run partnership. However, just when both batters were looking set to reach their centuries, Sri Lankan pacers struck with two quick wickets to get the team back on track.
