Former Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir and current T20I skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi were put in a spot by Pakistan’s veteran all-rounder Shoaib Malik in ILT20 franchise, Desert Vipers’ Q & A video.
During the rapid fire round, the pace duo was asked to pick between Virat Kohli and Babar Azam’s cover drive. While Amir was quick to pick Virat, Shaheen went with his teammate and picked Babar Azam’s cover drive as his favourite.
However, Afridi’s response left Amir in shock who gave a hilarious reaction.
Notably, India’s batting maestro Virat Kohli and former Pakistan captain Babar Azam are considered as two of the best batters to play a cover drive in cricket.
The segment became more hilarious when Malik asked the duo to pick between Rohit Sharma’s pull shot and Mohammad Rizwan’s flick.
Amir, who picked Rohit, hilariously asked Shaheen to say the truth when the latter picked Rizwan.
Both the cricketers are currently part of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024. While Afridi is leading Lahore Qalandars, Amir is representing Qetta Gladiators in the T20 tournament.
