Hussain is also optimistic that Kohli will play his 150th or 200th Test match in Lahore. “It’s destiny that I cannot watch his 100th Test match but I wish he plays his 150th or 200th Test match at the Gadaffi Stadium in Lahore and we will be cheering for him,” he added.

Head coach Rahul Dravid was effusive in praise of Virat Kohli and said it was a deserved achievement. Kohli became just the 12th player from India to get to 100 Tests.
