Royal Challenger Bengaluru and India batter Virat Kohli has acknowledged that his daughter Vamika has begun to take pleasure in batting, and that he received a message from his friend and captain of the Indian football team, Sunil Chhetri, informing him of his retirement plans.

In a video interview that was published on the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Mr. Nags, also known as Danish Sait, questioned Virat Kohli about his children’s cricket-related interests.
“Our daughter has picked up a bat and she is really enjoying swinging the bat. But it’s their choice at the end of the day,” Virat said.

One of the first people to comment on Sunil Chhetri‘s Instagram post on Thursday was Virat Kohli. Chhetri announced that he was ending his football career with the Indian national team. The legendary Indian football player declared that his final game wearing the national uniform will be against Kuwait. The announcement was made by Sunil Chhetri in a video that he uploaded to social media.

In the interview posted by the RCB, Kohli also opened up how the Indian football legend messaged him and informed him about his decision.
“Sunil is a really dear friend. He messaged me as well, informing me that he would do it (retire). He felt like he is at peace with the decision. I’d become really close with him over the years. I wish him nothing but the best, he is a lovely guy,” Virat said.
