Virat Kohli Enjoys a Bright Sunny Day after Successful Carribean Tour

Virat Kohli is not part of the ongoing T20I series between West Indies and India.

Indian batter Virat Kohli is on a break currently as he recently uploaded a story on his official Instagram handle where he can be seen chilling on a bright sunny day. To note, Virat was part of the Indian squad which faced West Indies in two Tests and 5 ODIs. The right-handed batter played both Tests and the first ODI but did not came to bat in the 50-over fixture. He did not took part in the series any further. It must also be noted that he is also not part of the ongoing IND vs WI T20 series which is being led by all-rounder Hardik Pandya.

Earlier, Kohli shared a picture of himself sitting in a private jet probably returning from the Carribean island. As the ace cricketer was all smiles while sitting in the plane, his picture didn’t sit right with many people on Instagram. The fans slammed Kohli for using a private jet which has adverse environmental impact. In the last few years, Kohli, has several times advised his fans and followers against bursting firecrackers on Diwali to protect the environment.

Meanwhile, Kohli will be seen in action during the 2023 Asia Cup set to be held in Sri Lanka and Pakistan jointly. To note, the Men in Blue will take on its arch-rivals Pakistan both teams opening encounter of the tournament. Kohli who holds an excellent record against the Men in Green will be eyeing another memorable in the competition opener.
