Which IPL team is the favourite among Pakistani fans?
It was interesting to see that the IPL is just as popular in other countries, with fans passionately supporting their favourite teams. Just like in India, RCB fans in Pakistan are also eagerly waiting for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) to win their maiden title. Other teams like Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), Chennai Super Kings (CSK), and Mumbai Indians (MI) also have a strong following. Last time Pakistani players played in IPL
Azhar was the last Pakistani player to feature in the IPL until 2015. Over 23 matches, he amassed 388 runs, with his highest score being 80. Additionally, he took 29 wickets, with his best bowling figures of 3/20. Shoaib Akhtar, Shahid Afridi, and other Pakistani stars have played in the IPL. However, due to political issues, Pakistani players were not picked for the IPL auction.
