South Africa climbed the World Test Championship (WTC) 2023-25 standings after a commanding victory by an innings and 273 runs in the second Test at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on Friday, October 31.
With their improved performance in each match, South Africa poses a strong challenge to India. On the other hand, India must win at least one match to remain in contention for the WTC final.

India still holds the top spot with 98 points, even though they have lost their last two games at home. Australia is in second place with a narrow margin of 90 points. South Africa has improved their position to fourth place with 52 points.
