Lucknow Falcons have claimed an incredible last over victory over the Meerut Mavericks in match number 14 of the Uttar Pradesh Premier League (UP T20) 2024. Batting first, Rinku Singh’s Mavericks were 54/0 after the powerplay when rain arrived. Due to the delay, the match was reduced to 11 overs a side. Mavericks ended up scoring 142, and according to the DLS method, Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s Falcons needed to chase down 153 runs in 66 balls. Thanks to Samarth Singh’s 69(27), the Falcons won the match on the second last ball of the match.
