David Warner Bounces Back to Form
Chasing an easy target of 120, opener David Warner had only one job — to get some runs under his belt and bounce back to form. After all he had a torrid IPL 2024, where he scored 168 runs in eight matches for DC. But here against Namibia, he smashed an unbeaten 54 from 21 deliveries.
Tim David also got his eye in, and got 23 from 16, while Matthew Wade managed to stay till the end with 12 from 5. Now Australia play their next warm-up match against West Indies on May 31.
