The 150 KMP speed pacer Umran Malik did not get any buyers in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 mega auction. Kashmir’s sensational bowler, who was once in demand by franchises, has gone unsold in the latest edition of the auction.
The pacer had kept his base price at Rs. 75 Lakh. In the IPL 2024, his base price was Rs. 4 crore, and he played for a total of Rs. 4 crore. After the breakthrough season in IPL 2022, where he had taken 22 wickets in 14 matches, he did not make any impact in previous seasons.

Fans were in shock soon after no one bid for the pacer as they had not expected that speed gun will not be picked by any team.
Notably, Malik delivered the third fastest bowl of the IPL history of 157 KMP.
