Arch rivals won’t meet in the finals. India and Australia will lock horns in the finals of the ICC U19 World Cup. The mega clash between the formidable rivals will take place on 11th February at Willowmoore Park, Benoni. Yet again the two power houses of cricket will lock horns. Albeit it will be the youngsters this time. But both sides will go all guns blazing at each other for the ultimate prize. In terms of head to head records in 2023, Australia is leading.
Australia won the WTC Finals and then went on to beat India in the finals of the ODI World Cup. This can be the perfect opportunity for the India colts to exact revenge for their senior team.
The two sides are slated to meet once again in December. India is set to travel to down under for the coveted Border Gavaskar Trophy.
