In just the first over, Wriddhiman Saha edged a Trent Boult delivery that went straight up. Sanju Samson, Dhruv Jurel and Shimron Hetmyer all converged for the catch. In a clear miscommunication, ran into each other with neither grabbing the delivery. Fortunately, the ball rebounded and looped up to Trent Boult who completed a straight forward catch.
It was a welcome return for Trent Boult who missed the last game due to a niggle. The Kiwi pacer continued his trend of picking up early wickets in the powerplay. Boult eventually finished with figures of 1/46, taking some beating off David Miller and Abhinav Manohar in the death overs.
